We invite you to join us for an upcoming Home Healing webinar hosted by Student Mental Health & Wellness Services. This month's workshop brings together joy and wellness with practical strategies, highlighting the evidence-based FOCUS (Families Overcoming Under Stress) program. FOCUS is a family-centered, resilience-enhancing approach that strengthens family connection, well-being, and resilience.

This workshop is designed for parents and caregivers. They can expect to learn the following:
* Practical ways to build resilience and emotional awareness
* Tools, such as the feelings thermometer to support emotion regulation and the link between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
* Effective communication that can build a stronger connection with children
This webinar will be led by Carla Huerta-McCauley, LCSW and Teresa Temeresa Temores, LCSW, Psychiatric Social Workers with LAUSD School Mental Health. This webinar is designed to be a supportive space for learning, sharing, and asking questions.
